Dear resident,

Your local officers this week have dealt with significant Anti-Social Behaviour incidents in Groby. The offenders were swiftly identified and we are working with partner agencies to continue to manage the situation to prevent any further issues. 

In the early part of the week, after working with the local co-op stores in relation to reports of thefts. Officers were quick to locate suspects and deal with them by way of out of court disposals.

Working with the stores in this way enables us to issues dual purpose disposals and as a result, banning orders have also been given. 

Also, whilst our proactive patrols we located vehicles which had  involved in criminal activities. As a result, the vehicles have been seized and investigations are in progress.
