Local Development Framework
The Local Development Framework (LDF) is a portfolio of documents that sets out detailed policies and specific proposals for the development and use of land within the borough, guides most day-to-day planning decisions and, when adopted, supersedes policies within the Local Plan. Further information, together with an explanation of the relationship with the existing Local Plan, can be found under the Local Plan.
